Regular Meetings

Please check the diary above. Meetings generally start at 8pm and are held in St Andrew’s Church Hall, Cherry Hinton. The Club has access to the hall from 7:45pm, unless special arrangements are made.

Non-members may attend meetings, but there is a charge to non-members of £3 for each meeting or £10 on special events such as external lecturer visits. Additionally non-members are admitted to a maximum of three meetings before being expected to apply for membership.

Annual competition

Members who enter our competition can perform either close-up, parlour, cabaret or stage magic. There can only be one winner, but all contestants benefit enormously from the experience of competing.

Learning, books & DVDs

Members wishing to develop their magic can benefit from our Move My Magic On (M3O) initiative. Talk to Chris Kostecki about how this can help you.

We also have a library of books and videos covering most aspects of traditional and modern magic, which are available for members to borrow. Check here for the current list and how to borrow them.

Performing experience

Members have opportunities to perform both at club meetings and at our public shows.
